Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Be Social collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or submit an inquiry through the contact form.

This Privacy Policy covers the current public marketing website and its contact form. It does not yet govern the future Be Social software application, member accounts, social integrations, AI-provider keys, customer content, payments, or app analytics.

Introduction

Be Social is a product brand operated by 321 Digital, Inc. ("Be Social," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit https://besocial.pro/ or submit an inquiry through the website.

This policy applies to the current public marketing website and contact form. The Be Social software application is still in pre-launch development. Before member accounts, connected social profiles, AI-provider keys, customer content, billing, or other application data are collected, we will publish additional or updated privacy disclosures appropriate to those services.

1. Information you provide

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your first name, last name, business email address, company or organization (optional), website (optional), inquiry type, and message content.

Please do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card information, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive or confidential data through the public contact form.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting, security, and network providers may automatically receive limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include an Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.

We use this information to operate the website, maintain security, troubleshoot technical issues, and understand basic site performance. We do not use contact-form information for behavioral advertising.

3. Cookies, storage, and tracking technologies

The current public website is not intended to use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or targeted advertising technologies. It may use strictly necessary technologies required for hosting, security, form processing, or basic site preferences.

If we later add analytics, advertising, chat, embedded media, or other technologies that materially change our data practices, we will update this policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.

Website fonts: Be Social uses locally hosted font files to display website typography. The website does not contact Google Fonts or another third-party font-delivery service to load these fonts.

4. How we use information

We may use information collected through the website to review and respond to inquiries; understand interest in the planned Be Social product; evaluate potential partnerships or integrations; process privacy requests; protect the website and prevent abuse; maintain records; comply with legal obligations; and improve the clarity and performance of the public website.

Submitting the contact form does not enroll you in marketing communications. We will not use your inquiry to send promotional email unless a separate, clear opt-in process is introduced and you choose to participate.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website, process form submissions, maintain security, or provide technical support. Our website hosting provider processes contact-form submissions on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a governmental request; protect the rights, safety, or property of Be Social, 321 Digital, Inc., our users, or others; investigate fraud or security issues; or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information collected through this website, and we do not use contact-form information for targeted advertising.

6. Data retention

We retain contact-form information only for as long as reasonably necessary to review and respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect the website, and meet legal obligations. Technical and security logs may be retained according to the practices of our hosting and security providers.

We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for these purposes. You may request deletion as described below, subject to legal, security, and recordkeeping exceptions.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information collected through this website. Those measures may include access controls, secure hosting, transport encryption, spam filtering, and limiting the information requested by the form.

No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not use the public form to send sensitive credentials, financial information, or confidential materials.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain a copy of certain information; or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

A secure member portal is being built so account holders will be able to review and update their profile information directly. In the meantime, if a request relates to a prior website inquiry, email hello@besocial.pro. Describe the request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant inquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond as required by applicable law and may retain information when legally permitted or required.

9. Colorado and other United States state privacy rights

Certain state privacy laws, including the Colorado Privacy Act, apply only when statutory coverage thresholds and other requirements are met. If an applicable law provides you with privacy rights, we will honor those rights as required.

The current public website does not sell personal information or process contact-form information for targeted advertising. If those practices change, we will update this policy and provide required opt-out methods.

10. Children's privacy

The website is intended for business owners, professionals, and adult users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the contact form. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, email hello@besocial.pro to request deletion.

11. International visitors

Be Social and its service providers are based in or operate from the United States. If you access the website from another country, information may be processed in the United States or another location where our service providers operate. Data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws in your country.

12. Third-party websites and services

The website may link to third-party websites, social networks, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy. Review those policies before providing information to a third party.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the website, form processing, legal requirements, or future services. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the Last updated date. Material changes may receive additional notice when appropriate.

14. Contact us

For privacy questions or requests, email hello@besocial.pro. A secure member portal for account holders to review and update their profile information is in development. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment information, or other sensitive data by email.

You may also review our Terms of Service for additional terms governing use of the website.
